Refund policy

Customer Responsibility for Returns

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. There are no hidden fees, restocking charges, or deductions from your refund for returnable items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Go to our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select your preferred return option and follow the instructions provided

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. For all other returns, clear instructions for arranging return postage at your cost will be provided through the portal.

Returns sent without initiating the process through our portal first may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (unless the item arrived damaged or faulty)
  • Original packaging and all tags should be included where possible
  • Photos submitted with a return or claim must clearly show the item hanging or laid flat on a clean surface; photos taken on the floor may be rejected. We may request a short video if photos are not sufficient to assess the issue.
  • Each item may be returned or exchanged once.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage; we are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery through our return portal or at help@slimona.store, including clear photos of the issue. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement in line with applicable US consumer protection law.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We may ask you to return the item for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued. Claims relating to items that have been worn or washed, or reported after the 24-hour window, may be declined. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on their respective product pages.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm via email and issue a full refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. No store credit or alternative method will be used without your consent.

Please note: your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
